On 10 November 2021 students enrolled at the second year of the CUDIMHA Master's Programme in "Communication and valorisation of the Mediterranean Cultural Heritage" at University of Moknine, Monastir made a second archaeological visit of some monuments and historical sites of the region of northeastern Tunisia, i.e.:
- Kesra, which is the highest inhabited Berber village in Tunisia. The choice of this visit is mainly due to its long human occupation ranging from the prehistoric and protohistoric period to the contemporary period as well as to the richness of its many historical monuments such as the Byzantine fortress. During such a visit students also learned about the Berber customs and traditions of the city exhibited in the village's cultural heritage museum.
- Kef and its various archaeological sites and monuments, e.g. the museum of popular arts and traditions currently located in part of the oratory of the Muslim brotherhood Rahmania, the ramparts of the city and its main access gates, the famous Kasbah du Kef, the Zaouia of Sidi Bou Makhlouf.
A previous archaeological visit to the remains of the coastal town of Lamta was held last 30 October 2021.
